Good afternoon My experience with Facebook has been both positive and negative, but overall it's a valuable communication tool. Their main positive side is that I can always stay in touch with my friends and family. From the negative, one can name the fact that very often there are problems with logging into the account. I encountered this problem many times, but in such cases I didn’t call the facebook phone number but wrote them a message and they tried to help me with this, but it still upset me.
