Which one among Diversity , Inclusion and Belongingness is of Primary importance?

Among Diversity, Inclusion and Belongingness, I think Inclusion is the most important because without inclusion, it is impossible to manage and appreciate the diversity. Also, an inclusive work environment enables employees from diverse backgrounds to speak up, be heard and feel welcome. An inclusive work environment promotes fair and respectful treatment of all employees which in turn leads  to inculcating a sense of belongingness amongst them.
