How would you handle it if there was a problem with a member of your team not doing their fair share or work?

I would resolve it by having a One to One meeting understanding of his point of view and would let him/her know how their habits are affecting the team and work in the organisation. We have to come to mutual understanding ground and take the same further for mutual benefits.
