Do you agree to hire a newly graduated candidate without work experience? Why?

Yes I would hire such when I see the how teachable and how much passion he/she has towards learning and growing in that particular field of work.... Prospects.

Yes, I agree because fresh graduates have a lot of information when given a chance they will apply to reality

Not really, the only reason to be consider for hiring a fresh graduate, provided he or she undergo a6 months to One year internship training with the organisation.

Yes, I agree .. because the graduate has ideas and he has seriousness that makes him active to learn all new

Yes I would hire, because they are fresh graduates more attractive, new ideas, skills and work plans. If there is a new beginnings new life for them why not?

Yes i do agree to hire a new graduted candidate without work experience, they will be keen to do their best and progress.  they will be able to contribute new innovative, fresh ideas and have different views.  new graduted are likley to be inquistive, they will bequestioning how and why things work the way they do which  will push the company to question its existing approaches.

Yes i would hire him/her on probation and see what develops, then at the end of probation period i would award him/her permanent job or promote him/her based on merit.
