I think we all MUST agree about1 things if we all work in Working environment / People working with as well, by sequence every one will have more loyaltiy and not making a routine work but even try always how to add value to company not even in his / her sections as NO ONE can finish the work alone as a concept we all hear about it (( One For All And All For One )) we all take care about each other and no one try to make any one fail down but even after finish the tasks needed then he / she will support his / her friends , which will lead us to imporva company profile and make sure that all work hard as they will be rewarded or punished for not doing the job neededm then will come Salary increase and career advancement as that the dream of every one to get better salary and better title as well., but if and only if he / she work hard and make add value to his / her section or even the whole company.
Career Advancement , as brands are always more valuable than average products. At start of career people are like products but with experience they become brands. If you know whhat i meant...:)
Am not sure if the question is about choosing a favourite or arranging per most preferred. But this is what I would put as:
-Career advancement and oppurtunities
-Salary and Benefits
-Working Environment
-People I'll be working with
Well for me all are important factors and working environment matters the most. Working in a good working environment with good people will create good quality and eventually a good salary and a good benefits will be enjoyed within and then later on a career advancement and opportunities will be discovered.
For me the most important thing is to grow, so career advancement opportunities.
