In a Transformation Initiative, how will unique unit programs (e.g., rewards and recognition) continue to be supported?

This Reward & Punishment Program needs to be supported as long as the company operates by making rules,  socialization, and implementing these rules. This needs to be fully supported by the Board of Directors consistently.
