I cannot comment on this product. When you buy a recruitment system look for a powerful parser and easy to schedule and dig out profile which you have said that I need them later. Also one that is flexible enough to give you multiple reports

In general, any software has its own advanteges and disasdvanteges. Software should be flexible to add features you can utilize with accordance to your needs.

 

No, i don't and other HR software programs i consider are database and Excele.

actually I dont recomend any kind of these systems. the reason is its like installing machine to deicide whither is this candidate us fitting the vacancy or not. for hr its desaster if you delgate this task to software or machine
