Answer "A". yes, I will sit down with individual and gently correct their behavior. and provide a training session to them for a communication to remove the barriers by understanding their cultures.

It's unacceptable to belittle anyone based on how they speak, the way they dress, or any other aspect of their cultural background. I would go with option A. The behaviour conducted by the two memers is ethically not excepted, but it dose indicate a communicaton problem that need to be solved using a suitable facilitation technique.
