THIS COULD ENTAIL ONE TO BE FIRM IN THE DECISION THEY MAKE AND SOMETIMES SEEN TO BE UNAPPROACHABLE SINCE THEY AT MOST MAKE FINAL DECISIONS.YET THIS CAN WORK BEST IF ONE UNDERSTANDS THE NEEDS AND SITUATIONS OF THEIR SURBODINATES IN ORDER TO DIRECT THEIR ACTIONS ACCORDINGLY. AN AUTOCRATIC LEADER CLOSES DOORS FOR SUBORDINATES, LEAVING THE LOAD TO THEM AND WORK ENDS UP NOT BEING DONE, WHEREAS A DEMOCTATIC LEADER INVOLVES SUBORDINATES IN WORK SCHEDULING FOR INTANCE AND DISPLAYS AN APPROACHABLE ATTITUDE WHICH CAN WORK IN SCHEDULING WORK FAIRLY FOR THE WORKERS AND THEIFORE GETTING THE WORK DONE IN A REASONABLE TIME AND TERMS.
