In my opinion by follow the next steps:

  • Build a friendly environment which attracts talent and active people to join.
  • Make sure to unify all your employees in teams, and all make all your team work on one goal.
  • Let your employees stand around you NOT behind you.
  • Speak with them by (WE) not (YOU) to let them know that they are one of the whole body.
  • Share with them organization's goals, Problems, objective, strategies. And let them make the plans and put the targets that will ensure that they achieve them.
  • Put reachable goals.
  • Motivate them always by ( THANK YOU) word, it is the ever cheapest manner to motivate and the most active one!
  • Evaluate your teams, employees based on achievements NOT seniority.
  • Exclude those whom making problems, affect on their active colleagues, lazy employees.
  • Let your teams and employees feel and live in concept of ( one hand one spirit ).

You have an idea that seems to be successful by all standards, just be aware that you can not succeed alone, but you will need a team. The team adds to the basic idea, each according to its specialization and experience, and therefore the idea develops into a project that the team sees. How many projects did not end with the death or resignation of the founder, but perhaps increased success because of the dedication of the team in the performance of their duties. So be careful to choose the right people to make your idea work.
