What are the most important keys for a PM to keep in mind focused on?

There are many important keys for a PM to keep in mind while doing a project but the most important one is the EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION among the project stakeholders and the project team.

If a PM has implemented effective communication in the project then the issues/conflicts will be minimized to a larger extent and even if arised any of such, will be resolved with little efforts.

Having an effective and organized project team is also an important key for a PM and PM should always focus on keeping the energy of the project team high and obviously it also can be done using effective communication.

Last but not the least, a PM should focus on ensuring the implementation of the standard project management processes so as to ensure a quality project delivery.
