What is the best decision you have ever made?

starting to love my life as it is.

The best decision i ever make is to be myself. dont be scared to show to people who you are, simply because being you is the best version of transparancy that you can offer. Stop pretending just to impress others, but work to express your ideas, suggestions and feedback.

Taking a chance and doing things that pushed me out of my comfort zone

Making a decision and never going back on changing it. Set my objectives well.

To make the sale high and to achieve the target every month and become number one in the country.

The best decision I have ever made is the total carreer change from Teaching to Marketing. Marketing helped me to bring out my full potential in terms of contribution to economic developemnt and personal development there by putting theory into practice.

Introduced Upselling process by convincing client to opt high range of vehicles.

Very recently I had changed the incntive plan of secondary to 2%  that was previously is 1% secondary and 1% Primary .By making 2% Secondary Incentive and zero on Primary distributor focused on Secondary sale that lead to achivement of Targets and Depleting inventory in Warehouse .

Leading by example to the management that I am ready for everything which is being given to me as a responsibility in the best interest of the organization and also safe guard the interest of management and my team members.

My best decision is to find another job.

Take my branch to no 1 in the region
