How to stay motivated when you lose passion and enthusiasm?

We're not robots, which means we cannot have the drive and passion all the time. It is natural to feel lost and lose that fire within you at times.

What we can do is give ourselves a break, re-think about our goals, delegate a plan, list out the pros and cons. This will keep our minds occupied and create that motivation within us, which can even lead to developing a new passion which we didn't even know was within us. 

Motivation is derived from circumstances and situations one is subjected to. If we are challenged, criticised or discouraged we should understand that we are capable of providing a better solution to the problem in front of us. Demotivation or loss of passion will not lead to failure unless you stop trying. You fail when you hesitate to get up after falling down

Motivation! A word which represents the life, our time(weather) is limited we do not owe lead an existence which is not ours... Not to go into the hollow psychology; I am just going to say that it is a work on the one even, to try to summarize you the thing I quote some points:

·          The passion does not lose but rather she (it) becomes invisible for us temporarily. Have a vision and implement (operate) it so that our circle of acquaintances can understand her (it) and understand (include) us easily to find common interests

·         The pleasure. If we do not prove it any pleasure what we are doing it is better to stop at once (in a row). Thing which is bound (connected) by away or another one to the passion

·         The obstacle is an opportunity (not be allowed have by the disappointment for a long time) sometimes the life can send us a stone to the face but you should not lose another time. 

·         I add that it is necessary to know how to take risks (be the thinker and the author).

·          Know how to create the value for one, for our skills as well as for our ideas (in that they we owe believe it). In other words, your idea is a part of you and especially that that can be made. «Thus realize his dreams ".

 

·         The perseverance. · For the fact of finding how the passion I say that we have two stages:

1- to Take a sheet(leaf) and a pen and to begin has to note subjects, domains, themes (what we have learnt(taught) has the house, what we saw has the school, what we have taught the work, in conferences or studios(workshops) or still trainings(formations) and to finish that we have receipt during our spare time)

2- to Draw a picture(board) in which we note skill(competence) and enthuse / little and a lot, later we are going to classify what we noted. According to the author of the book " Of which color is your parachute " we are going to find a link between three (interesting) charming subjects. Thus the subjects for which we have a lot of skills and the enthusiasm train(form) the link which is the sought(studied) passion.

Although you're gonna have some ups and gonna have some downs and motivation will never contsant all the time but you can increase your tolerance, keep your battery charged longer through ignoring surrounding negative circumstances and stay focus on your own goals on your top priorities to keep your positive spirit

There's always something you could gain from an adversity. . . Focus on your long term objectives, set up short goals, review your strategy and don't forget that nothing will last forever!!ð´

Always love youself and all human beings put respect in heart for others and believe in yourself  everything is fine cause you are fine for all..

Dear Colleague Ruchi (as well as any other interested to prticipate in this stimulating debate ... thanks to Ms. Salam Assi for this :), your answer is definitely full of wisdom and poetry as well, so beautiful and nice to read.

However I fear that inner relationships between motivation, passion and enthusiasm are not so clearly defined and understood, especially in a more cognitively oriented approach (please note nowadays I am a clinician and no longer a researcher).

For example, as far as any of us can easily recognize, we can be extremely motivated (especially if in danger) even in a total absence of enthusiasm and passion.

So, passion and enthusiasm are relevant but not crucial to stay motivated.

Moreover, I think that this 'special' relationship may considerably change along the whole life cycle. How would you explain that ?

If we really believe in success it will come one day, maybe after a short time or long time, but it needs: - First, we must sacrifice our wishes for big purpose. Second, being optimistic about future. Third, Our attempts or endeavor for achieving goals. Forth, never give up. Fifth, always follow up and go ahead. Sixth, it doesn’t matter if we try and fail, because we’re human. Thomas Edison made 1,000 attempts at inventing the light bulb.

In the hope of the future and the secrets of progress and superiority and trust in God

It is a great learning of life if you lose i believe. It depends how much spirit you have to rebound and conquer the situation. Keep in mind that yes you can do it; there is no power on earth that can set you back this time. Overcoming the last mistakes done and retrying with new idea leads you to the motivation process quickly. Stay positive, believe in yourself & your key competencies, you will regain that motivation, passion and enthusiasm to achieve milestones. Good luck!!
