If you have access to MATLAB Simulink, there are many modulesthat can be used to model PV arrays. You could also use the models to for Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT)

I Recmended to use ONLY MATLAB.

I suggest you have to use Matlab as well as minitab . These are the best tools for the electrical engineers.
