Why do you always search for experienced candidates for jobs? Why don't you train them and hire them on contact of few years?

Well it is a fast world where companies prefer trained employees rather than training them. One of the main reason is the cost of employee if he is not productive yet you are paying him/her. Still there are companies which hire freshers and train them too.
