What is your best social media tracking tools?

I am currently using Tweetdeck on my laptop and Hootsuite on my ipad.
I generally prefer tweetdeck as I have been using it longer, but I find that sometimes, my scheduled tweets don’t go through for no apparent reason.
I also use Klout.

I love Facebook's built-in one.
Do you have one?

I use Tweetdeck for real-time monitoring and Hootsuite for Managing, Scheduling and Link Shortening Ow.ly.
The reports are pretty useful as well.

Hootsuite is great for tracking (specially twitter) and SocialBakers is insightful for analytics.

I like it too for Fb pages ...
what about HootSuite?
