كيف يمكنني الإجابة على سؤال "صف نفسك بكلمة" في مقابلات العمل؟

 ق يبدو هذا السؤال سهلاً ولكن قد يوقعك بفخ أمام من يقابلك. لهذا كن صادقاً مع نفسك ولا تظهر ما ليس فيك، أظهر الجوانب الإيجابية في شخصيتك، ثقتك بنفسك أو حتى مهارات تمتلكها لها علاقة في العمل الذي أنت مهتم به. أعلم أنه من الصعب التفكير لمدة ثواني لحصر ما أنت عليه من خبرات وإنجازات ولكن إحرص على إختيار أقوى وأصدق شيء فيك لأنه سينعكس يوماً ما على عملك.  

يمكن ان تختار الكلمة ا لا قرب للوظيفة التي  انت متقدم لها 

مثلا:

اختر لخدمة العملاء خدوم، اجتماعي، ودود، .......الخ

لوظائف الادارة حازم ، منظبط ،قائد ...........كلمات تدل على الثقة والسيطرة على الامور 

 

المهم ان نختار الكلمة الانسب لما نريد
