I do believe that you may start with a "Marketing Course" and then follow same by some "Soft Skills Courses" like, " Communication Skills", "Presentation Skills", and " Negotiations Skills", also you may add an "E - Commerce Course".

I think it depends on what you plan to do . If you are interested in salseforce administration , the salesforce admin training would be a good option . If , howwever, you plan to work as a salesforce developer , then salesforce developer certification would be a better option.
