An HR person should be interviewed for his/her personality first of all. Because in my point of view that after all the employee deals with a customer service person who should serve him in the right way. Should be helpful, friendly and full of smiles. so many peole works as HR and they do not belong to it. We deal with Humans after all and we should be very transparent and honest.
