How can a leader fail?

Well, a leader fails when he starts doubting his team. There is no leader without a team and no team without a leader. A leader fails when he begins to ignore minor glitches which lead to big issues. He fails when he will start thinking he has all the knowledge and skill because there is always a room for improvement and progress. A leader should learn from past mistakes and move on try again and again until you succeed.
