Just to add this may be in your CV the language barrier If you were arab/english speaker you could have chance to be called by a company for a test.

oh yes I can understand zour disappointment. But If zou could look at this problem much more apart so zou has to admit that without national recognized qualifications you could hardly get any answers.
It is true that they could recommended you what is needed.
