If the customer reach your Co requesting to collect his D/O, he provide to you 3 set of OB/L & HB/L also, what is the right procedure you should do?

1) BL should be stamped by Consignee 

2) Mirsal1 Code and Consignee name same as in BL if not ask BL Exchange letter 

3) Arrival Date , DO and Storage Charges

4) Authorization letter and Container guarantee letter as per the shipping line instruction
