If 99.5% job requirements match with experienced & knowledge but unfortunately not shortlist for test/interview?

People I personally know have PHD certificates and are working as taxi drivers. 

It is unbearable ofcourse but it is how it is, not everyone gets what he/she wants in life unless you prove that the company has no reason at all not to employ you

In my opinion, Recruitment just like an apple basket, contains more than one apple similar in shapes, sizes, colores. and one thing make recruiter choose, it is the chance, nothing to do to be in shortlist while you have all required skills and qualities, and you covered out all the vacant position requirements, just you need to pray and ask Allah to be one of their shortlist
