I believe MS project is sufficient for most projects, there are some industries that prefer primavera that have been there before MS project existed.
you will never believe my answer,not microsoft project,not primavera,not prince.....all of them are tools..
I find that the excell is the best solution,calculations,....flow chart,....pic chart,....you can even make gant chart,....
what else?plus you already write your answer inside a calcuation sheet....the blank sheet itself not blank like work not blank like micro soft project it's (cahier carreau)like old times when i was at aschool ,math mean this sheet of excell.
Sorry but i tried a lot,the only flexible and easier one that obey my orders is this.
