1- the job markets need for theses programs.

2- the size of practical application part of this training.

3- tthe advanced preferment of this job.

4- the salary that will gained from this job.

It is based on each country's educational program

the parent is responsible because language involves a communication which is developed at early childhood when most of the time the child is with the parent
