If sample taken for lab test from import shipment but system showing shipment cleared and received in our yard- Advice whether we can start sales ?

Hi, Did you please clarify the question, and advice what kind of clearance you received if it is conditional clearance then you will not be able to start sales or use the product, you can only unload the product in your yard in order to arrange the sales or using the consignment, make sure  you had received the final approval. Normally you fill receive the final approval once test results are found satisfactory and within the norms.

No we can't start sales unless it is approved from Lab authorities.

Most probably yes, depending on the accuracy of the system and the WMS system used for inventory management.
