Lots of software are designed , developed by a companies some are successful , some can not complete on time. What is your opinion ?
Since I have no knowledge of software projects and have never worked on one , I am no authority to comment on this . But I have heard that " SCRUM project management is a methodology used for software delivery projects " . But I am aware that this SCRUM project management falls under broader umbrella of Agile project management.

Thanks for the invitation. MS Project is easy to use while Primavera is a bit complex. Therefore start with MS Project and then advance onto Primavera.
