Describe a work-related problem you had to face recently. What procedures did you use to deal with it?

when I was working in yes bank, our team manager picked a new corporate and deal with them for a payroll banking services in  low category employees with zero error. If deal done we will get more business.Then we sourced around 45 employees salary accounts,and some 4 accounts are not active. but that corporates generated salary for all 45 employees without our results. Company payroll checks also signed and proceed to branch. At the same time my manager also taken urgent leave. so I personally contact the four employees convinced to visit them branches, verbally and non verbally communicated with braches to solve the employee's  documentation and request to bank branch to holding salary process. its all cleared within 24 hours without client knowing.
