We don't consider all managers are leaders!! So, how do we best describe and discriminate between management and leadership skills?

Manager manages a business has no followers, leaders manages both business & rest of employees & people follow him, he works alone & is on front because rest are on back

I agree with you that the leadership skill and management skills overlap but leadership have some different skills for example leader first do work then his coworkers follow him
