There is no such thing as strategic procurement - strategic is everything you cannot do without, everything that puts your business at risk and that differs from business to business. Some companies call anything that is not tactical - strategic. Tactical is, for some companies, small by amount or importance, for some anything ordered by PO only (no contract) or even no PO. So in my mind the whole notion of "strategic procurement" is a lil bit of a BS.
check what the needed with Qty and check it if your store have stock otherwise to got quotation from 3 supplier at least then sent P.O to bring it
