Should my hiring strategy be included in my business plan? Why or why not?

Personnel management and organization structure are key to a business plan. The business plan is largely based on the capability of your current personnel (if any) and also the type of individuals you want to bring in to oversee these plans. So hence you would need to manage your current staff and determine your hiring strategy to take the company forward keeping in mind key attributes such as experience, knowledge (technical, soft skills etc), adaptability, flexibility, motivation and determination among others.
