When you say- "I am great in Customer Service" what do you mean by that?

I mean i am good at sympathizing and empathizing with customer as in when required and deliver result as per the company ethics..

it"s all about customer satisfaction by responding to his needs and making sure he gets the right expectation in the briefest delays 

When the customer say I am good. 

Simply means, i know my job and i am good at it.

This is ehat i mean when I say this :

I am expert in delivering customer service that exceeds what is required or expect with the end result leading to a purchase  or sale - which it then converted to a situation where that cusotmer returns and provides repeat business. this could be face-to-fave, over the phone or even via email

I make sure that the costumer is satisfied
