Thank you very much for the invitation to share the views about  saying thanks .Yes, Irrespective of loss /gain,it is mandatory to the human being  to be thankful to everybody. Sincere expression of gratitude always boost interaction,strong relation,self respect Etc.

Gratitude matters a lot to people. If you are thankful, it will work as appreciation and inspiration which are very much needed to uphold motivation. Being thankful also indicates that you are acknowledging their efforts and thus it will inspire them more to continue doing great pieces of works. 

The basis of human behavior is the(ego) and the feeling of importance.

By thanking a client and staff, you remind them that they are important and they play an integral role in the maintenance and success of your company.
