How would you define "Good Customer Service"?

The key to good customer service is building good relationships with your customers. Thanking the customer and promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment will ensure they leave with a great impression. A happy customer will return often and is likely to spend more.

Where customers got satisfactorily what they need or seek support when they are in trouble or need solution. 

If it meets the expected standards of the organisation & the expectations of customers, then it can be defined as good customer service. On the other hand, if it exceeds or surpasses the expectations of customers, then it can be defined as customer delight. Thanx for the invitation
