Do we really care about Average Customer Review while shopping online?

From my point of view, yes we should in order to proceed forward to become a superior and the first consumer choice.

Customer reviews give us feedback on the performance of the product/service, in most cases customer reviews are 90% reliable. In my opinion they contribute much to how I am going to make a purchase decision, although competitors can use this platform to badmouth your business.Yes we should care about average customer reviews.
