Any Country has a suitable environment and open economical it's a Right choice ,  the second very important element is Provide political stability , imagine with me a country without Provide political stability ? Who would dare to invest? Any economy would be in this case? ? in our ِArab countries I think Dubai the Government there encourage the all foreign capitals to invest through a attractive procedures and flexible policies Availability protect and support this foreign companies , and real estate one of this fields . Sudan I think is attractive choice too and pure area for invest . addition to that the invest in the Real Estate is better choice because is a safe choice All over the world and in any economic environment .
