Who's responsible for language weakness in a child? Parents/School/Teacher/Educational program?

All these factors may participate in the problem , they represent complementary elements , so in order to achieve a better result they have to collaborate their efforts.

parents, teachers, educational programs and school are all responsibles

  1. Each year, new reached researches led to the creation  of developed educational programs after solving the weakness points of the ancient ones
  2. many students feel bored during the English class and most of them appear uninterested.... the English teacher have to adapt modern learning methods and different learning styles to urge the students to share and to participate by putting the class into actions and motivations
  3. school have to adapt the education program that suit with the level of their students and to try to increase their ability and their capability to learn the English subject , and the school have to hire the appropriate teacher who have the ability to cooperate with the students and to lead them to accomplish the goals of the programs
  4. the parents must to follow the studies of their children, their marks or their certificates and to cooperate from time to time with the school and with their teachers. Parent must mitigate their children and can play an important role to adjust the weakness level of their children by hiring a private teacher or by registering their children in an English learning center....

At the initial stage parents are responsible for language knowledge.

ofcourse the parents and teachers are responsible as this are only 2 primary source with whom a child try to make conversation and if parents and teacher make a good effort the child will not face any language weakness.

First among the list is parents because they should select a perfect platform for their children ie a perfect school to build their language skill, then comes the teacher, who has to inspire the child.

The national political environment and its allied educational system is to blame at the first instance for sidelining the English language. Next it is the dearth of qualified English teachers which is then compounded by the parent’s own ignorance of the English language. Lastly it is the individual student’s own disinclination to master a foreign language out of apathy and lethargy.

 now a days child use diffrent kinds  things  like tablet ,smart phone and many others things .they improve their language much more. if our educatinal mechnary take a step to make an apps for children in mobile phones. they can improve their language.

the parent because language is more about communication which is developed during early childhood development when the child spends most of the time with the parent
