What was the your last year's (2016) great achievement in your work area that you consider should be highlighted or rewarded either way?

I was awarded a gold Najm award from Emirates for successfully managing an emergency landing - leading a team of 26 crew to control/manage 515 passengers in a critical situation, I achieved the best possible result for passenger & aircraft safety whilst controlling the narrative & ensuring the company image was untarnished.

Yeah..It was so great,like me i run my own businees how i spent my effort just only for that,wake up early,purchasing the item(food item) preparing processing than selling..some times slow moving product but this businees..thanks GOD for everything

We had to be very efficient at work to make sure that we wouldn’t get overwhelmed.

As a network administrator I was given very limited time to resolve network issue and I got success. 

In another situation, I got order to install 500+ node in short time and again I did not disappoint my company, I got reward for this work.

Actually, I am a job seeker since August 2015, so I could add my last achievement through my previous work 

One of my duties was to chaise and collect subscribers active contracts and register them then send them to archive. If my company reach less than %3 of active SIM contracts (collected and archived) get an extra reward from mother company, based on that I hit this target through my teams and reached %1, my company been awarded for this achievements.... I was so proud

In 2016, I increased coffee shop sales by 20% through customer feedback and effective staff training.

My personal achievement is succeeding to develop individuals in my succession planning. This will define you as an individual in the organisation and assist you in retaining good loyal management and staff. I had two managers being offered excellent packages from new corporates entering the markets and they turned down the offers. I asked why and was humbled by the answer of job satisfaction over monetary reward.

I conceptualized and developed BotVerse, an AI-driven automation monitoring and optimization platform leveraging machine learning, which enabled the organization to optimize Bot utilization and licensing. This initiative led to a cost savings of ~$2 million USD, significantly improving operational efficiency. The success of BotVerse positioned it as a critical decision-making tool for automation governance, earning senior management recognition and directly contributing to my promotion. My ability to drive cost optimization and innovation has been a key factor in enhancing automation strategy within the organization.
