The Government should intervene before a strike takes place.The most lethal method used during strike is surrounding of the managers' table so that they cannot leave for the day. Strikes have destroyed the Jute industry in Calcutta rendering thousands of workers job less.

ومن الضروري في هذه الحالة استخدام مهارات الاتصال والتفاض وعدم استخدام فرض السلطة او القوة لان الكرة في هذه الحالة تكون بمرماهم
يتم توزيع العمل علي العمال المنضبطين ويتم حساب ساعات عملهم ويكون الأجر مقابل العمل.
