Definately,communication is the soul of everything. To be a leader you just have to.How will you bring your people together if dont communicate.Not just communication but good mastering of the languag depending with the occassion.

actually i believe leader vision and actions , the power to inspire has a self dynamic communication,

I think leader must have emotional Intelligence  ,

so it's not a must , because leader is a combination of other factors too.
