How to become a successful Electrical Design Engineer, as like what courses do we need to learn?

There are many ways, sure one of them to take courses, 

* Electrical design Course.

* Must read more in different electrical standard codes like NFPA 70, NEC

* There are a handbook in electrical and design.

* Ask and search.

* Register in electrical websites.  

You must get familiarized with the standard codes (local and national). It is recommended that you do research and take courses or training for electrical design.

Joining groups for electrical engineer is good. Some people sometimes ask things and others will give their opinion or advises about it.
