In my opinion, Supply chain manager role is a foundation of a good quality of manufacturing goods/supply that may be leads for customer satisfaction and Must be the leader of effective and efficient operations.

It takes quite a high level on entrepreneurial instinct to allow a supply chain manager to succeed in my opinion, it takes time, effort and hefty relationships, as well as outreach capability

The Rold of Supply Chain Managers

Must know the demand of product in the region he is working for

Must know the Purchase Order is Correctly sent to PPC according to his demand in the particular region or state

Must know the Price of Product he can offer, so the sourcing team will work accordingly the possibilities to meet the demand of supply chain manager for his region or state

Must know the time line to sell the product week wise to cover the cost and GP to return the funds to be circulated for next level

Must Work very closely with Sales Coordinaters or Merchandisers to make sure to Shuffle the product in Regions after reviewing the sales trend.

The supply chain management main role is to design and manage processes to meet customer needs in commerce supply chain management
