Is it a better to follow a daily routine? And how can one commit to a daily routine?

Daily routine refers to daily procedures so administrative should follow it yes with some exceptions , but if we are talking on sales, marketing, public relations, other executive teams, no they should be creative and do different and new things each day  

Personal Time Table is a useful tool for managing daily routine...............................

From my opinion it is necessary to break the routine of each period

So as not exposed to boredom and inertia

It is necessary to search for all that is new in all fields
