As an entrepreneur, who should be your role model?

Maybe people should follow the ones that they admire and respect for their ways of life(or work) and the values that guided their paths, not merely for what they have achieved. Considering that every individual has his own strengths, weaknesses, preferences, and aspirations, we should attempt to follow and apply those role models values, regardless of techniques, or capabilities.
