Is the training a useful tool in motivating the employees in an organization? how it plays?

In my opinion, in motivating the employees training plays a key role. Through training the attitude and the thinking process of an employee may be changed to a right direction. Employees can assess the situation properly provided if they are trained. Therefore, training is a must for the employees to make them updated.
