Is it better to write down the steps of your plan, draw them in a graph, or just keep them somewhere on your computer?

What I personally feel is -Keeping things simple! You should always write down your plans & take the steps becoz simply writing won't help! Now to draw graph or keep in comp. is your choice,but you should be able to view it everyday easily.
