Can the dental treatment be justified without observing the heart sounds of the patient, esp. the children? Heart Disease ... How to be patient with children?

Thank you very much about your a question , my answer ...! yes we need the must observing the heart sound during  the dental treatment , because there is side effect from anesthesia .
