since i joined my current work i am still working in smae section AR - Finance and all my colleagues rotate to different sections and i promoted during my work in same section as i have worked with many supervisior in the same section and finance manager changed twice.
when i asked that i would like to rotate to any other section i have been informed that its not possible because i am the ne they can trust in this area (collection & reconciliation) because i have excellent experince in this area and i have good and strong relation with the customers (insurance companies).
my advise to everyone - if you focus in your work and always try to improvr your self and improve your work , you will be always required. please donot work like you are doing routin and love your work then you will get whatever you want.
and always remember that ALLAH always helps you.
