Do you think that the interviews made by the recruiters are complicated and always the positions offered are lowly than skills candidates?

The recruiter must be have a acumen and jaw plus he can reading the body language pertaining to each one of the candidate to find out the strengths and weaknesses they have, also he has to choose who they are suited to the environment of work required and to exclude others with no sympathy to the cases provided that they do not affect the course of the conduct of The work plan proposed development . So the answer simply  yes, of course, the most important things personal interviews...But i write all small details to make other friends benefits from it and use it if them need it at any interview ,  Plus sharing our opinions 

Yes because the right candidate will have to be rejected because they are afraid to offer the right remuneration. Hence, they hire the wrong candidate for the wrong position. 

The recruiter most chose the candidate who suitable in the position offerred, that so he need to know almost skills and knowledge abot you.

But the expert recruiter who let the interviewr feel relax when he answer the questions (but sometime he need to know the reflect action from the interviewr if he get angry quickly or what).
