What is the most user-friendly and efficient project management software out there?

I have heard of Primawara ....but is it the best? ...

I do not know, as I have answered a similar question about CAD programs.... It is all in the eye of the beholder or in other words every one has a different opinion and chooses what   he or she likes best.
